What we collect

Name and mobile number, if you send the form.
Options you tap: configuration, budget, timing, and whether you want later updates.
The page, the project or area, and a short reference code.
Where the visit came from: UTM tags, ad click ids, referrer, and the first and last landing page in this browser.
A WhatsApp click records the page and the reference code. It does not include your phone number, because we do not have it yet.

Why

To reply to the enquiry you started, by WhatsApp or phone, and to know which page or ad you came from. We do not sell your data. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the optional box.

Who processes it

Cloudflare, if the lead store and email alert are switched on (Pages, D1, Turnstile, Email Routing).
Web3Forms, only if that backup key is set and email routing is not.
Google Analytics, Meta and Microsoft Clarity, only if those IDs are set. They do not receive your name or phone from this site.
WhatsApp, when you choose to open a chat. Their own policy applies.
Google, if you open the map on the contact page.

How long

The working assumption is 24 months, then the name and phone are cleared unless the row is marked converted. Rohit still needs to confirm that period. Until the database is connected, the form does not store anything on this website. It falls back to WhatsApp.

Your choices

What this site does not do

No account. No sale of data. The enquiry form is hosted with this site. Analytics scripts are omitted entirely when their IDs are empty.
