What to check before you book
- Name the authority on the form: GNIDA, NOIDA or YEIDA. Do not assume they are interchangeable.
- Read the UP-RERA page for the promoter, the registration, and any extension.
- Ask for the all-in cost: unit, parking, club, and statutory charges. The headline rate is not the cheque.
- If you are buying a resale, ask for dues and a no-objection from the authority before token.
