Area notes
Greater Noida West
Greater Noida West is the residential belt west of Greater Noida. People also call it Noida Extension. It is planned by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), not by NOIDA.
What we can source
Many group-housing projects here use sector numbers such as Sector 1, Sector 2, Sector 10 and Sector 12.

What to check before you book
- Check GNIDA dues and whether the land is part of a group-housing scheme.
- Read the UP-RERA completion date, not only the date in the first brochure.
- Compare carpet area. Super area in this belt can be much larger than the room you live in.
- Ask who maintains the common areas after possession, and what that costs.
