Brochure, then the record
- A brochure date is not the occupancy certificate. Read the certificate before the last payment.
- Compare homes on carpet area. Super area adds shared stairs, lifts and lobbies.
- The completion date on the UP-RERA page can move if an extension is granted.
- On a new booking, the builder pays the channel partner. Ask before anyone adds a buyer fee.
