Monthly
Builder report card
A plain monthly reading of public UP-RERA records. It will not rank builders, and it will not call anyone the best.
What it is
The card Rohit is preparing covers 969 projects. That count is from the owner brief of 8 Oct 2026. It is not a measured dataset published on this page, and the table itself is not here yet.
What it will not do
- No scores, stars, or league table.
- No “best of” list. Godrej, Stellar, Sobha and Prestige will not be placed on one.
- No delivery percentage we cannot point to a dated public row.
- No claim that a blank cell means the news is good.
How a row would be built
Each row would name the project, the date the public UP-RERA page was opened, and only the fields that page actually showed: registration, completion date, extension if recorded, and complaints or OC status if listed. A missing field stays blank.
