Noida Expressway

The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway is the road between Noida and Greater Noida. Sectors along the Noida side are planned by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA). This page is a checklist, not a ranking of projects.

What to check before you book

  • Confirm the sector is under NOIDA, not GNIDA or YEIDA. The authority changes what dues and plans apply.
  • Open the project on the UP-RERA site and read the current completion date, including any extension.
  • Ask for carpet area, not only super area, before you compare two towers.
  • Ask whether an occupancy certificate is on file before the last payment.
