What the ATS pages agree on

ATS Destinaire is on this site's list as an ATS Homekraft project in Sector 1, Greater Noida West, with 3 and 4 bedroom homes. The list leaves possession blank because sources have disagreed. That disagreement is still visible. An ATS Infrastructure page at atsinfraltd.com/destinaire/ says possession is targeted for November 2026, describes 14 towers of 27 floors with two apartments a floor, and places the project at plot GH-14. An ATS Greens page says possession is expected by December 2026 and describes sizes of about 1,900 square feet and about 2,550 square feet. This page reports both and picks neither month.

The working list records a registration in July 2019. The number is not printed. The chip says RERA received on the strength of that list and of the ATS pages stating a registration. Read the live portal for the completion date on file, which may not match either marketing month.

Both ATS pages point buyers to the sales team for a price. This page says price on request. It does not invent a band. One Greens article mentions construction-linked and possession-linked plans without printing the percentage at each milestone. Those percentages are not guessed.

Price, floor plans and possession

Ask for a dated cost sheet that says Destinaire, the tower, and the floor. An ATS Greens page says about 1,900 and about 2,550 square feet without labelling carpet or super area. The brochure on that same site prints carpet area on the typical-floor sheets: 113.32 square metres (1,220 square feet) for Type B and 152.87 square metres (1,645 square feet) for Type A. Those brochure sheets are the plans on this page.

Possession is not confirmed on this list. If one caller says November 2026 and another says December 2026, the document that matters is the date in the agreement and the date on the register. This page refuses to tidy that into a single month.

The site plan and the Type A and Type B sheets are pages from the ATS Destinaire brochure PDF on atsgreens.com. Cover pages of that PDF that print a registration number are not shown. The ATS Infrastructure page says the nearest metro is Noida Sector 81, about five kilometres, and that Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 40 kilometres. It does not state a Jewar distance. Those two figures are what the map uses.

Sector 1 is in Greater Noida West. The area link on this page goes to that note. ATS Rhapsody is a different name and has its own page, with fewer confirmed fields. Do not paste Destinaire's tower count onto Rhapsody.
