What the summary supports

Eldeco Whispers of Wonder, also called WOW, is on this site as an Eldeco project at Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway. The UP RERA project summary used for this page names plot GH-01C/1 and the promoter Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited. It shows a registration date of 2 September 2025 and a declared completion of 17 July 2030. This page uses those facts. It does not print the registration number. An engineer certificate linked from the portal is what placed the project in Sector 22D when locality lines elsewhere were loose.

Configurations are blank on purpose. Pages that sell the project do not agree on whether the mix stops at 4 bedroom or includes a 5 bedroom. Printing either list would pick a side this register extract did not settle. Price is on request. The summary fields used here did not include an apartment rate.

The status chip is RERA received because the summary shows a September 2025 registration. That chip is not a view on construction quality or on how many complaints the file may gather later. Open the live portal page when you are ready to pay, because a static article can lag a revision.

Sector 22D is YEIDA land along the Yamuna Expressway. It is not Sector 22D of some other city, and it is not a Greater Noida West sector. The map does not invent a distance to the aqua line, to a toll, or to Jewar, because the summary did not state those kilometres. Other Eldeco names in the same sector, including Ballads of Bliss on this site's wider list, are different records. Do not merge their completion dates into WOW.
