Carpet area vs super area
Carpet area and super area are not the same number. This note does not invent a loading percentage.
Carpet area is the area inside the home. Super area adds a share of stairs, lifts and lobbies. Two homes with the same super area can have different carpet areas.
This note does not print a loading percentage. One percentage would not be true for every project, and this page has no dated sheet behind a number.
Type both areas into the price per sq ft notes only when a builder page states a rate. The EMI sketch does the arithmetic you type. It does not quote a bank rate.
SOBHA Rivana prints saleable sizes from the builder PDF, not a loading percentage. · Sector 150
