How to read a UP-RERA project page
What to open on a public UP-RERA project page before you treat a brochure date as the record.
Open the public UP-RERA project page. Read what it shows that day. Do not fill a blank with a brochure line.
- Registration, and the project name as the register prints it.
- The completion date, including any extension.
- Complaints, if a count is listed.
- OC or CC status, if the page shows it.
A brochure date is not the occupancy certificate. Carpet area and super area are different numbers.
