What the register says

Arihant Seasons is a new project on the UP RERA summary under the promoter Arihant Urban Space Private Limited. The address on that summary is GH-11, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar. The registration date on the summary is 24 February 2026. The proposed start is 16 January 2026. The declared date of completion is 5 January 2031. This page uses those dates and does not print the registration number.

The status chip is RERA received because the summary shows a registration. That is not a comment on construction progress, complaints, or finishing. The summary fields used here also do not include a price, a bedroom size, or a tower count. Those stay off the fact strip unless another source that this page accepts states them.

A launch page at arihantbuildcon.com/newlaunch describes the same name on the Yamuna Expressway: 3 and 4 bedroom residences, an 11-acre community, about 7 acres of curated greens, and an amenity area of 1,15,000 square feet, which that page also writes as 10,683.84 square metres. It names five clubhouses. It does not give a price. Illustrations on that page are marked there as illustrative. This site does not copy them.

Price, floor plans and possession

Price on request. Neither the RERA summary nor the launch page checked on 10 October 2026 printed an apartment rate. If you are offered a band, ask for the date and whether it is basic selling price or an all-in figure.

Possession, for the purpose of this page, is the declared completion on the summary: 5 January 2031. That is the promoter's declared date on the register, not a promise from Futuristic Noida. Extensions, if any are added later, will show on the portal. This page is not a live mirror of the portal.

No official floor plan file is hosted here. The locked panel is a generic gold-line sketch of a flat. It is blurred and marked illustrative so it cannot be mistaken for Arihant's drawing. Ask for the sanctioned plan and the unit plan that matches the apartment in the agreement. Sizes were not on the summary or the launch page.

Sector 22D

Sector 22D is on the Yamuna Expressway side, under YEIDA, not under the Noida Authority and not in a numbered Greater Noida West sector. The launch page names the airport, Pari Chowk, the expressway, and Film City. It does not give kilometres, so this page does not add them. Drive times on other websites are not repeated.

The promoter's email domain on the summary is an Arihant group address. The launch page is a separate URL. If the two ever disagree on area or dates, the register is the one to quote in a payment conversation. Rohit's take on this page is an opinion about the pace of a decision. It is not a rank against other Sector 22D projects. A buyer who wants a price today will not find one on either source. That is a reason to use the form on this page, not a reason to treat a forwarded screenshot as the rate. Ask which clubhouse, if the five are phased, is part of the first possession, and whether the amenity area is inside the 11 acres or described separately. The launch page's phrase about being first in NCR for five clubhouses is the page's own line. This article does not repeat it as a fact.
