The project on Hero's site

Leafsong Retreat is the Greater Noida apartment project on herohomes.in, in Sector MU. The page states 3 bedroom homes from 153.84 square metres to 212.68 square metres. It describes three towers of 30 storeys above three basement levels, and a clubhouse of 2,322.58 square metres. Those are the builder's figures, copied as numbers and not as a lifestyle claim. The page does not state a price. This page therefore says price on request.

The same page does not state whether the project is on the UP RERA register. This site will not mark it Upcoming · RERA awaited, because that would be false if a filing exists, and it will not mark it RERA received, because the builder's page does not say so. The chip says the registration is not stated on the Hero Homes page. Search the register yourself. The number, if you find one, is not printed here.

A later news report, Business Standard on 20 July 2026, describes a separate Hero Homes plan of 17.3 acres and 6 million square feet in the DMIC township, without a product name. That plan is not this page. Leafsong is the named project on the official site. Hero's project index also lists homes in other cities. Those are not Sector MU.

Price, floor plans and possession

Price on request. The size range is public. A rate per square metre is not, on the page checked on 10 October 2026. Ask whether 153.84 to 212.68 square metres is carpet area. The page does not use the words carpet or super area next to that range.

The banner and the crown facade on this page are from the Hero Homes project page. The PDF linked in that page's floor-plan control is titled as a Palatial docket, so it is not shown as a Leafsong plan. The locked panel is a generic sketch, marked illustrative. Ask Hero for the Leafsong sheet.

Possession and a launch date are not stated on the project page. Do not fill them from a portal. The distances Hero does print include Fortis Hospital at 5.1 km, Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa at 6.0 km, and The Grand Venice Mall at 6.1 km. A metro station, an expressway interchange, and Jewar are not given as kilometre figures on that list, so they are not invented here.

Sector MU

Sector MU is in Greater Noida. The area note linked from this page is the Greater Noida note, which is about GNIDA's city, not the Noida Authority sectors and not YEIDA's expressway sectors. A buyer who wants the expressway belt should use the Yamuna Expressway note instead of forcing this project into that list.
