- It suits a buyer comparing 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Greater Noida, including a penthouse, who will read the register rather than a brochure date.
- Check the completion date on UP RERA yourself. This page does not print one, because the dates seen on marketing pages did not agree. Also ask whether the size in the agreement is carpet or super area.
- A payment plan is not published here. Ask for the milestone sheet in writing.

The project page this site already links says the project is UP RERA registered, with a January 2026 date. This page therefore uses the status RERA received. It does not print the registration number. You should still open up-rera.in and read the promoter, the plot, and the completion date yourself. The domain of that project page has not been confirmed as Eldeco's main corporate site, so treat the January 2026 line as what that page says, and let the register decide a dispute.
Possession is blank on this site's list on purpose. Marketing pages have not agreed on a single month. Printing one of those months would look precise and would be wrong. Price is also on request. A starting price on the project page is not repeated here until the corporate source is clear.

Price on request. Do not treat a channel-partner quote as the builder's published band unless it is on a dated cost sheet. Ask what is included: parking, club, lease rent, and taxes. The headline rate, when you get one, is rarely the full cheque.

Omicron 1 is a Greater Noida sector planned with the rest of Greater Noida. It is not a Greater Noida West sector, and it is not a YEIDA sector on the Yamuna Expressway. That distinction matters when you read which authority's dues apply. The area note on this site for Greater Noida is the right next page, not the Noida Extension note.
Before a token, match three things: the name on the UP RERA certificate, the configuration in the agreement, and the completion date on the register. A brochure that says November in one place and December in another is exactly why possession is blank here.
